4. Payments & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final. As our reports are delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once the report has been sent.
• Each report is sold on a one-time basis, we do not offer recurring subscriptions.
• Reports are delivered via email in PDF format within 6 to 12 hours after your order is confirmed.
• Refunds will only be considered under rare circumstances, such as:
  • The report was completely blank or failed to load
  • A duplicate charge was made for the same order
• Any refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of report delivery; requests made after this period will not be accepted.
