Our reports are provided for informational use only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making purchase or sale decisions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Non-Refundable Policy

  • Strict No-Refund Clause: All payments made to EpicVINReport Australia are final. Once a report is delivered, it cannot be refunded or cancelled.
  • 48-Hour Window: Any request for a refund must be submitted within 48 hours of report delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
  • Data Accuracy Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the availability or completeness of all vehicle data. The information is sourced from verified databases, and availability may vary depending on the vehicle’s history.
  • Disputes & Chargebacks: In the event of a dispute or chargeback, EpicVINReport Australia reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited cases:

  • The delivered report was completely blank and contained no data
  • You were charged twice for the same report due to a processing error

Non-Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Perceived errors or dissatisfaction with the report content
  • Missing or incomplete information (data availability depends on record sources)
  • Delays in report delivery (our delivery window is 6–12 hours)
  • Change of mind after purchase

How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above conditions, please send an email to info@au.epicvinreport.com with the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Email Address used for purchase
  • Vehicle VIN
  • Reason for refund
  • Date of Purchase
  • Payment Method: Stripe or PayPal
  • Last 4 digits of card (for Stripe) or PayPal Transaction ID

Refund Processing

  • Review Timeline: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receiving your complete request.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) used at the time of purchase.
